The Allman Brothers will play the CMAC (officially the Constellation Brands Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center, formerly the Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center) on August 22, according to an email blast the band sent out this week.
Bob Weir and RatDog will also appear. Presale tickets go on sale Thursday, April 24, at 10:00 a.m., with regular tickets going on sale to the public on Saturday, April 26, at 10:00 a.m.
CMAC has also announced a strong line up for this summer, including:
Lynyrd Skynyrd: June 21
Steely Dan: July 11
Melissa Etheridge: July 13
Stone Temple Pilots: July 15
Kenny Chesney and LeAnn Rimes, July 22 -- On sale April 26
Gary Allan and Sara Evans, July 25
Sheryl Crow and James Blunt, August 3
Kathy Griffin (comedian), August 10
Tickets to the general public go on sale Saturday, April 26, for all these shows, though most will offer some sort of pre-sale for their fans.
